Shown the Door

When I read this I couldn’t help but notice the similarity;

The card counting MIT Blackjack team

Taking a mathematical approach to Blackjack they established that a deck rich with high cards (10, jack, queen, king, ace) favours the player, whereas an excess of low cards (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) favours the dealer. When that ratio favours the counting player, he or she bets more money; when it favours the dealer, the counter bets less.

By assigning a value to each of three groups 2-6 = +1

7-9 = 0

10-Ace= -1

As each card is dealt, you will add 1, subtract 1, or do nothing based on each card’s value, if the running count increases, the advantage begins shifting to the player. If the running count goes negative, the casino’s advantage increases. With a multi deck shoe the running total is divided by the number of decks remaining in the shoe.

When the pit-boss realises a player is winner

“We appreciate your business, but we are going to ask you to stop playing blackjack. Feel free to play any of the other table games that we offer.”

Translated, that means go play any other game that has a much higher house edge.

What we do

Taking a mathematical approach to the ratings we established a formula that gives the punter an edge over the bookie.

When a race fits the profile of the formula we bet when it doesn’t, no bet.

When the trader or tracking software flags you as a winner

Having reviewed your account, we are notifying you that your access to the Sportsbook is now withdrawn. We can assure you that this decision has only been taken after careful consideration and that it does not affect your ability to play on the Exchange and Gaming channels.

Translated, that means goodbye, winners never welcome.
